With over 14 years of experience in the technology industry, Karam has worked as a Senior Software Test Engineer for companies such as UnitedHealth and Xavient Information Systems. Karam is on a mission to empower a million professionals to find their life purpose, understand who they are, become fearless, and achieve real freedom. He helps professionals build their brand and scale their business without leaving their profession. Karam interviews highly passionate people to model their mindset, habits, routines, and principles and helps them reach a wider target audience. Karam is a host of "The Karam Show," a podcast that brings out the habits, routines, success principles, values, and strategies of change-makers, successful people, and world-class leaders. Karam has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Army Institute of Technology. He also completed his 12th grade from Sarvodya Sr. Sec School Khanpur Khurd. Karam's relevant experience includes 14.44 years of working as an SDET and in testing. Karam's personal journey has been one of overcoming struggles and challenges. He lost his father in early adulthood, failed in his first business, and faced many family challenges due to losses. However, he decided to figure things out on his own and went on to read many books, find mentors, and transform his life. Karam is now passionate about helping others avoid the same struggles and pain he went through and is on a mission to bring more positivity, right knowledge, courage, and self-understanding to the world.
